Now bringing the hotel’s gastronomic prowess to the streets of Tokyo, Aman’s first urban hotel is pleased to announce the arrival of La Pâtisserie by Aman Tokyo – a new stand-alone patisserie on floor B2 of the OOTEMORI center in the Otemachi Tower, which opens today.
The New Experience by Aman Tokyo will serve a selection of refined culinary creations freshly prepared each day, from handmade breads to exquisite cakes and French pastries, including the Mille feuille Framboise, Baba à l’Armagnac and Tarte Chocolat. Guests can also grab a quick lunch with a menu of delicious sandwiches and artisanal coffee, or shop for large party cakes, ideal for special occasions.
A range of exclusive gift items will also be on sale, including small pastries baked in beautiful Japanese kōbako boxes, original Aman Tokyo fruit jams and squeezed juices, handmade chocolates and bags. lunch box and branded reusable cups. La Pâtisserie’s vision is led by Executive Pastry Chef, Yohihisa Miyagawa, who has worked with Aman Tokyo since the hotel opened in 2014.
