The dessert bar specializes in Filipino-influenced confections that honor DeClaro’s heritage. The lemon and honey calamansi cake is a lemony gateway to the flavors of Southeast Asia. The Turon, inspired by a fried banana dessert, consists of a banana brown butter cake (or cupcake) filled with a banana jackfruit compote and topped with a cream cheese frosting jackfruit and salted caramel. Other popular offerings include pandan coconut milkshakes, cheesecakes, macaroons and take-out variations of the chilled dessert, halo-halo, which means “mixture mix” in Tagalog. The shop also serves keto baked goods such as tres leches and samoa cupcakes.
