Patisserie, Park Hyatt Busan’s bake shop offers handcrafted seasonal delicacies for all occasions and features a new selection of fall cakes available from September 1.

Celebrating the sweet seasonal aromas of Shine Muscat grapes, the “Shine Muscat Cake” is made of soft chiffon sponge cake sheets filled with white chocolate mousse and Shine Muscat grapes. The “Tarte Shine Muscat” is filled with vanilla cream and topped with Shine Muscat grapes and yogurt mousse. The “Chestnut Cake”, combines chestnuts, one of the most famous ingredients of chestnut autumn, with an aromatic coffee sponge cake and a vanilla chestnut cream, topped with even more chestnuts. Earl Gray Roll Cake, another classic flavor throughout the fall season, dominates with Earl Gray infused vanilla whipped cream decorated with sugarpaste maple leaves representing the beauty of nature. changing.

All these limited edition homemade cakes, full of autumn flavors, are available at the Pâtisserie on the first floor of the hotel from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Prices start from KRW 55,000 for whole cakes and KRW 11,000 for cake slices (tax included). The Early Gray cake is only available by the slice.
