Mister A’s Brings Back Friday Lunch and Sunday Brunch


Arguably the best views in the city are found at the iconic and newly renovated Mister A’s. The fan favorite has officially welcomed guests for the return of its new offering: Friday lunch and Sunday brunch.

The latest addition honors A’s culinary traditions, preserving a culinary ethos that listens to the explosion of mid-20th century culinary and cultural experiences. New menu offerings from Executive Chef Stephane Voitzwinkler and Pastry Chef Amy Simpson emphasize fresh, seasonal ingredients while celebrating local sourcing.

For those looking for lunch out of the ordinary, every Friday from 11am to 1.30pm, diners can feast on new dishes and classic dishes while enjoying the renovation, which is built around the elements of an upscale brasserie. range while also drawing on retro influences that serve as a tribute to the restaurant’s original decadent style.

A’s will offer everything from King Oyster Mushroom Fritto, Wild Caught Salmon “Wellington” to Hiramasa Crudo, Mister A’s Mac & Cheese, Georges Bank Scallops, and more.

Sunday brunch

On Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., patrons can embark on a gourmet brunch paired with the return of pastry chef Amy Simpson’s brunch-focused baking program. With rotating selections each month, the European Breadboard offers 4-5 unique French-inspired pastries.

Included are a traditional croissant, 1-2 sweet dishes like a quince danish and a savory dish like A’s French Onion Galette with Comté, Parmesan and cooked onions, drawing on the flavors of the French Winter Warmer classic.

Guests can also dive into a seasonal half dozen donuts which rotate monthly. Using local ingredients, November’s donut range is an apple cider donut, using Julian apple cider and a Sage Hill butternut squash donut. Pair your baked goods with a variety of A-class classics and new favorites such as the Savory Dutch Baby, Croque Madame Sandwich, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Wafflffle Sandwich, Pumpkin Pancakes, Cajun Shrimp and Heirloom Grits, and more.
